Best portable monitor for the money - easy to use

You only need one cable to both connect it and power it. It worked out of the box with nothing else needed for both my mac and pc laptops.

Looked nice but didn't work for me

I wound up returning it along with the laptop because the setup just wasn't working for me. One thing I did not like about this monitor is the angle it sat at if you use the cover as a stand.

My other ASUS monitor had a different cable connection and it worked for about nine months and then would quit. I bought a new cable and that worked for about eight more months. This one has a different type connection and should be more sturdy and durable I am hoping!

Worked well for a very short time

But after only 3 months of light use of about 3 to 4 hours a day for 3 days a week, the screen began to intermittently go dark for 10 - 15 seconds at a time. This was persistent to the extent that the screen became unusable. Even with Total Protection, I’m without the device for several weeks as it goes through the return and repair process. Not worth the wait so I’ll get a more reliable model from another manufacturer in the interim.

An unreliable monitor with minimal compatibility

For a monitor that came out recently - it already feels out date. The most unreliable portable monitor I’ve ever used and I returned one to get another. It’s just poorly made with almost zero compatibility. Asus is a great manufacturer in general but they’ve been missing the mark lately.

It is a little dim once setup, but works well for portable use. I wish I waited for the touch-screen model. Good Product....
