But after only 3 months of light use of about 3 to 4 hours a day for 3 days a week, the screen began to intermittently go dark for 10 - 15 seconds at a time. This was persistent to the extent that the screen became unusable. Even with Total Protection, I’m without the device for several weeks as it goes through the return and repair process. Not worth the wait so I’ll get a more reliable model from another manufacturer in the interim.

There's other screens that are cheaper and include mini-hdmi as well as an OTG pass through USB-C port in addition to the display over USB-C.
