it does not impress me, i'm wearing my old watch more offen

Got ZENWatch2 as upgrade from ZENWatch1 when microphone stopped working. Longer battery life and less bulky watchband are a plus. Basic functions are about the same but hey the ZW1 was $200 and the ZW2 is $150... what's not to like? I like the style for an older 'gentleman' as opposed to the 'sports watch' look of other brands. Not looking for a watch that 'does it all' just a nice watch that notifies me of incoming emails, tweets, facebook, phone calls, and text messages. Voice recognition on the watch to reply to email/messaging is a nice feature and pretty much spot on for proper recognition. ZW2 has a speaker, but not sure what to do with that just yet.... May I recommend the protection plan along with this device as I was in and out with courteous treatment on my original ZW1 purchase when the device started acting up. Best Buy exceeded my expectations on that transaction. No hassles.

It is so large and bulky that it only works for people with larger wrists.

I was looking for a smartwatch, but like all things technology based, you worry that when you buy it that it will quickly be replaced with the new version. With that in mind I decided to not drop a ton of cash on my choice to see if I liked it, then the plan was that I would upgrade to one of the big boys (Samsung, Moto 360 etc) Well I will not be moving watches, I love this Asus. The styling of it, the ease of use, and the overall quality of the watch has me hooked. I hope they come out with a 3 as I would happily get another Asus and never look back. The watch is solid, holds a charge for three days, looks awesome, and has the most up to date software, meaning it gets pushed out so you are never left behind. Also, it has a speaker on it, so you can use it for phone calls (Bluetooth only) and other items that the speaker comes in handy for. All in all I would say to everyone that asks me that this is a great watch and can compete with the others, and for the price, you can't go wrong.

People all the time tell me how nice my watch is. They ask what kind it is and sometimes how much it was. When I tell them it was only $150 they literally cannot believe it. This watch is awesome, the customization features asus provides is top notch. Why it is so inexpensive I have no idea. Would buy again 100 times.

First used it with IPhone and was ready to send back Bought Samsung s7 and really get full use.... Receive and make calls on watch, totally cool, works,great Internet on phone, messages, texting, notifications .....drop,the expensive Apple Watch and iPhone This is cooler looking, cheaper, better glass,less breaking, not clunky like Apple Watch, definitely worth themoney Bought a Milanese loop band for 20 on Amazon

This is great watch and I highly recommend the purchase! I am a total Tech geek. I own 5 and now six with the Asus smartwatches. My first the Samsung gear2 with the camera, Lg first generation, Motorola 360 2nd generation, Sony watch and Apple watch 1st generation. First.....if you have an Apple phone stick with the Apple watch. Same for Android phone get an Android wear watch. Yes, the Asus watch will work with the Apple phone but you will not be able to use all of the functions. I have Apple and Android phones. This watch works as well as my Motorola watch and Samsung. Actually better because you can make calls. It does the same as my Apple watch. All Android watches run on the Android wear app. Therefore the experience is going to be about the same. I can make calls, text and read emails etc.. It does all the same things the 400 dollar watches do. I love this watch. I use it with my Android phone. Oh one nice feature it has a quick release watch band and I have been able to change the bands all the time.

The Asus Zenwatch 2 is a cool looking watch that runs Android Wear when connecting to an Android Device (Can also use with an iPhone but I didn't test it because I don't have an iPhone). For starters you can fully customize your watch's face for free and the designer is very easy to use. Because it is used with Android Wear, there are a large number of Apps you can have on your watch, from Fitness apps to little mini-games like 2048. The screen is AMOLED so it can be very bright when you need it to be, and you can either turn the screen off or dim it to save battery. The watch is waterproof (I still wouldn't swim with it though) and even contains a speaker that actually isn't that bad. Overall, if you're looking for a good smartwatch that doesn't cost you $200+, then the Asus Zenwatch 2 is perfect for you.

The Asus Zenwatch 2 is an excellent smartwatch that comes in sizing for men and women. I like the Best Buy exclusives of the gunmetal tint and leather watch band for an excellent price. Best Buy is even including the new HyperCharge feature that gives a 60% charge in only 15 minutes. That makes it extremely convenient to charge up over breakfast and before I go out the door. I also like the square display for showing smartwatch information versus a round face watch that clips the corners of the Android info cards and settings. I am having a blast with all the available watch faces and showing them off to family and friends!

I like the look and functionality of smart watches, but they are cost prohibitive for what they are. I did have an Apple Watch (Gen 1) for a time, but ended up selling it because I wasn't happy with it. This watch is, to me, what the Apple Watch COULD have been - but isn't. The watch is reasonably priced, which I appreciated. It works great with the iPhone 6, though shortly after I bought it I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy Edge 7. It paired easily with both phones and it has great graphics. I have larger wrists so I appreciated the leather strap being accommodating for that. The one complaint that I have is the size. For the features I wanted (leather strap, speaker), I had to go with the 1.63 version. It looks more masculine than I'd like, but I'm hoping that if I change out the strap for something more feminine later on it will help that. I would recommend getting a screen protector for it, though, especially to keep its sleek look.

I absolutely love this watch. Best Christmas gift I received and one of my favorites ever. Screen is clear and bright. Read and reply to texts, email, view your calendar, remote control your smartphone camera, use Google Keep, calculator, reminders, and using Google Now works just great. The watch answers just about anything I would look up in Google. Battery life is the best I've seen. I got this for an extremely great deal. Keep in mind I had to update the Asus firmware and the Android OS in order to get everything working. I have it paired with my Note 5 and once I upgraded the watch to Android 6.0.1, everything works perfectly. It's water resistant and I can even draw little shapes and send emoji's to other who have an Android wear smartwatch. Just a great watch.

My old LG3 died, and I went and started looking at the ZenWatch2. I got to the store pretty late, but the staff were more than helpful. The thing I like about this watch is that it didn't look huge on me, and while it's square (I like the round watches) it had a nice amount of watch faces, and it had a lot of bells and whistles for a fairly cheap Android Watch. If I were to choose again, I'd definitely go for this watch.

So I normally wouldn't want to get a smart watch because they seem like they are more of a want than a need, they are but for only 150 dollars I decided to try it out. Not only is it the most convenient thing in the world but at only half the price of other leading smart watches and I would say they work better too. Great Company that makes a great product.

After sifting through countless reviews, this has turned out to be an outstanding purchase! There are plenty of watchfaces for a square watch and as long as you don't care that it isn't round you will not be disappointed.

I bought the watch for my son's B-day, i was looking at the samsung gear and found the asus watch instead. My son loves it and he is the little tecky type and he said it will do everything the others do

This watch is a very nice looking watch and I am very impressed as the price is low. Many people thought I was wearing an apple watch! It has a smooth UI for the price and I love it!

I was fairly satisfied with the watch for the first couple of months until the touchscreen became unresponsive. I called and obtained an RMA and returned the watch. After a few days, I recieved a replacement which was a completely different color. I called ASUS and was told by the first two levels of support that this was normal procedure and there was nothing I could do about it. Finally at the third level of support someone acknowledged that this should not have happened and offered to track down the issue. Still waiting to hear back, but not hopeful at all. I read the warranty front to back and no where does it mention that a watch of an entirely different color can be substituted. A completely different color might be acceptable for some products, but for a watch it is not. It doesn't match the original band or the replacement band I bought. That's right...they didn't even send the band that was designed to match this new color.

Neat smart watch, perfect for android fan. Works great with phone.

U can talk text take pictures with this gadget. Cool gadget at best price.
