Great Android Wear watch
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great Android Wear watch, was going to purchase the Moto 360, but wanted the square watchface, so purchased this. Extremely happy with this purchase, have been using for 5 months. Must purchase if you own an Android phone and are looking for a smartwatch worth spending money for.

Great watch
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Brought this and battery life last for a whole day. Love the design. Only thing I don't like is the health monitor and it take a long time to register your wellness and heartbeat.

excellent watch/ assistant
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After owning this watch for a month I can proudly say that I'm really happy with the watch. It's really comfortable on my wrist, I don't wear a watch neither do i sleep with a cell phone in bed so charging it during the night is not a issue I'm always left with lots of power even a after a full day. All the stuff the watch can improve is not up to Asus only to Google wear witch is still in its developing stages. The only tiny improvement I'd like, is the relaxation tester should work faster and more smoothly. I can't believe I was without 1 all these years...

Poor water resistant design
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this watch in February 2015 and by and large enjoyed the watch. I previously owned the Pebble watch and this was a step up, aside from the fact it is not waterproof. Per the specifications, the watch "Provides protection against the effects of dust and water projected by a nozzle from any direction." I have never worn the watch in a pool, bath, etc., and have only washed it briefly in the sink. A week ago, the watch stopped working and when I sent it off for repair, Asus refused to warranty it claiming water damage. They want $149 for the repair, which I believe is due to a faulty seal during manufacture. Aside from the lack of water resistance, I had numerous issues with the watch not wanting to sync with my Galaxy S4 and S6. The watch would often loose connection with the phone after walking only a few feet away. Although the design and functionality of the watch overall is good, the above two defects prevent me from recommending this watch to anyone. Perhaps the new Zen Watch will fair better.

great smart watch, not every feature, but enough.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had it for a few days now, and I'm really enjoying it. I'm really impressed with ASUS on this watch. It doesn't have any audio, but part of me really enjoys that. It keeps things simple and elegant. And really easy to work with. The heart rate monitor is not the best but is sufficient.

Awesome watch
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This watch is beautiful. I am very impressed. The watch strap that comes with the watch is darker brown color unlike most of the pictures on-line which is light brown. I do like the darker brown better. It looks nicer than LG G round watch which looks like a toy. I also found the watch is more responsive than my friend's moto. His moto has a delay in showing the the watch face when you turn the wrist. I think moto has a slower processor. This is definitely a better value.

Perfect Design, Perfect Applications
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's stunning beauty that is really an amazing smart watch! Also lots of very useful applications, such as selfie photos (Remote camera), find my phone, forgot phone warning, and customized watchfaces! Yes, I'd definitely recommend my friends to buy one!

WAIT -Nice Watch but Android Wear needs to mature
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid feeling watch.. It's boxy but sleek enough.. Not "thin" but thin enough.. I have nothing bad to say about the Asus Zenwatch itself besides the battery life but that's par for the course for smartwatches so I won't hold that against it. I'd give it an A+ for a 1st generation device.. I will end up returning the watch because I didn't feel I would ever get used to Andorid Wear and the dedication it will take to charging the thing every day will lead to non-use for me..

Great Looking Watch with lots of potential
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife loves the look of the watch, especially the leather watchband. I like the potential that the watch has as Android Wear improves.

A perfect experience with my first smartwatch
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far I am very happy with my decision. Everything I wanted this watch to do it does. It helps me stay organized with OK! google by adding appointments to my calendar. It is much easier to answer a phone call when my hands might be full. This is a great product for me.

looks very good, but not very useful.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looks good. battery last about 24 hours in full charge. it displays Google now cards. provides some convenience. it warns you if you are away from your phone. (you will not easily lose or forget to carry your phone.) the heart rate reading is incorrect for 90% of the times. my hear rate is around 60 /m, I tried more than 10 times, the reading high is 180/m low 55/m is the closest reading.

Stunning!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After reading all the reviews, tech specs. I choose this watch for my better half. He was wanting moto 360 but never really read about this one... After research this one is the better selection, by tech specs and design. I'm sorry moto 360 looks cheap, bulky and from the 80 ' s. The curved zen watch fits the wrist perfectly and functionally is fast and has all the features he was wanting.

No way to add watchfaces
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At first look this was a nice device with a nice build quality. However when I went to change the watch face I was unable to select anything other than the 10 android wear faces. The Asus one that was the default was even gone (which was the nicest looking of the bunch). I was unable to back out of the menu without selecting one and as a result, couldn't even get the default Asus one back. Tried for a system update and it said the device was up to date. Finally called Asus who suggested I send them the watch so they could update the firmwear. They then proceded to tell me that I would be responsible for all shipping costs. Unfullfilled firmwear and terrible customer service led me to return the watch for a full refund.

DO NOT BUY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this watch, loved it but noticed a few rough things about the watch and one big problem. -The watch is very laggy once switching to lollipop. Lots of freezes, lock-ups, crashes, and battery life dropped. -The worst was the piece of metal that holds the watch band broke off. I mean the metal weld holding it to the body broke. This happened while just wearing it. The kicker, I only had the watch 2.5 months! Asus is forcing me to pay 30 bucks to send it to them, but express it probably won't be covered. Best buy didn't offer a warranty on this when I bought it, so they're completely useless in this. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY, AND WAIT UNTILL A BETTER GENERATION OF WATCHES NOT MADE BY ASUS.

Eh....
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hi everyone... Just got my new Asus Zen watch this afternoon and it's working great... Except I can't seem to reply to text messages on it. I get a text alert and then touch the little card notification. Then I see the text. I swipe to the left and the CALL option shows up, then I swipe left one more time to get to the REPLY option. I touch it and it immediately shows a green check mark. It's not giving me any time to actually speak a response but just going straight to a green confirmation check, although no reply is being sent. Am I doing something wrong?
