    At first I was concerned about no one assisting for a long period of my important time. However, the associate in pickup who helped answer my questions just before check out was of incalculable value.

    i like the phone but the set up instructions are so complicated that i still am not using it right - i just found out that i should have someone from my geek squad come out and help me and that is what i am going to do - this is not best buys fault it is at&t' fault -what i have somewhat figured out on the phone i really like - as i said before this is NOT BEST BUY'S FAULT - their service is great

    The phone works great. I have to purchase another cordless receiver to cover all the rooms in the house, but that's okay. Our previous AT&T phone system took a lightning hit that destroyed it, so this is our replacement.
