Still working like brand new. I waited to review this phone set for awhile, because the last phone set I purchased only lasted a year. It has been close to a year and all us well. I even dropped the handsets quite a few times. And no damage whatsoever.

These phones have many convenient and desireable features. One we particularly like is the announcement of the caller ID name when the phone rings. Hearing this can make unnecessary trips to the phone when they are not nearby a thing of the past.

Especially like the call blocking features. No robo calls

It does help blocking robo calls not all but it helps

GOOD PHONE BUT HARD TO OPERATE, AT LEAST FOR ME. STILL TRYING TO GET THE HANG OF IT. BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THAT YOU CAN NOT BUY ANY ADDITIONAL EXTENSIONS!

It doesn't do what I really need. Store tech knew virtually nothing abut the product.

I purchased this phone for my 82 year old uncle for Christmas and he loves it ....his old phone was 30 years old and of course......going bad......yes....I said 30 years old ....smh

The phone works well as expected, but the screens and setup is not intuitive. Following the on screen instructions/guides does not always produce the expected results.

Purchased this phone system to replace antiquated system at our small church and the secretary LOVES it. Having a standard handset that stays at base keeps it from getting misplaced but having a cordless handset that can be used anyplace else is very useful.

I had to replace my old telephone. I am very satisfied with the cordless answering system. I can take the phones anywhere in the house.

I was looking for a home telephone that was a base unit but had just one cordless unit. Some of these other phones have 3'4 extra phones in it and that's way too much. I plugged it in, set it up, its all very easy and simplistic, and I was all set up. I fully recommend this name brand for all!

Volume does not get very loud. Buttons have strange labels. Difficult for older person to use, I have had much better phones from Best Buy.
