I like blocking all the unwanted calls. Great phone

purchased to make available in several rooms for senior individual; a very convenient tool that enables one to hear and have announced who is calling. I purchased four additional handsets with plans to purchase at least two additional ones. The numbers are large and clear thus, enabling the vision

The phone works well as expected, but the screens and setup is not intuitive. Following the on screen instructions/guides does not always produce the expected results.

The phone work great, I need a land line for work. Hard to figure out all the options but is more me than anything else.

GOOD PHONE BUT HARD TO OPERATE, AT LEAST FOR ME. STILL TRYING TO GET THE HANG OF IT. BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THAT YOU CAN NOT BUY ANY ADDITIONAL EXTENSIONS!

I was looking for a home telephone that was a base unit but had just one cordless unit. Some of these other phones have 3'4 extra phones in it and that's way too much. I plugged it in, set it up, its all very easy and simplistic, and I was all set up. I fully recommend this name brand for all!

Purchased this phone system to replace antiquated system at our small church and the secretary LOVES it. Having a standard handset that stays at base keeps it from getting misplaced but having a cordless handset that can be used anyplace else is very useful.

They work great for my home business and what I need for.

Volume does not get very loud. Buttons have strange labels. Difficult for older person to use, I have had much better phones from Best Buy.

It doesn't do what I really need. Store tech knew virtually nothing abut the product.

This was for my Grandma she loves having three phones , so she can have one close to her in each area of her house. And the large print and the caller announcement is wonderful especially now days with all the robo calls.

I had to replace my old telephone. I am very satisfied with the cordless answering system. I can take the phones anywhere in the house.

This phone is great if you need a landline and portable handsets. This came with 2 handsets and the base unit work in case of a power outage. Easy setup and display easy to read.

The numbers and caller ID are easy to read. Like the quiet feature. The call block is a little confusing. The phone is nice but can be a little complicated to figure out some of the features and functions.

The home phone that I purchased is very nice, but complicated to operate. However, the staff at your store, Best Buy, was very cordial.

for us older folks this system is a little complicated. it has some great features; call blocking. one unit does not work properly. again it is a good system but a little too complicated for us.

This phone works well but is a little to complex for someone who is elderly. I have a cheat sheet for her but the smart call keeps getting turned on

Good “sturdy” telephone, well worth the money! The only feature that would have been nice is when a message is left on the machine, it does not beep, it only flashes. Overall, pleased with my purchase.
