I appreciate the level of sound reproduction of this phone. As a near-deaf person, this phone has helped me immeasurably over the years.

Directions for call blocking are not clear. It's unclear how to block a call after the call is disconnected.

This phone has many helpful features. The clarity is excellent and value was great.

So easy to use and was not difficult to put together and set up. Needed a new phone for my elderly parents and this one seems to be perfect. I like that the corded phone will still work if the cordless goes out.

I love the phone. I have a smartphone ,but I rely on the landline.

My only complaint is a clicking noise in both hand-helds.

Product is as advertised. It has performed all the necessary functions.

I haven't been a big fan of cordless phones, but this one seems to work well and still has good battery duration. Time will tell though.

phone and handset work well. got this model because of wall mount ability but the phone doesn't stay in the slot, so it just falls out or doesn't hang up on the call. make sure you read and follow the set-up steps
