It is a good telephone and provides many additional services/perks. It is more complicated than I needed and I fear that if one component stops working, it will affect the other components and uses as well.

Had to get someone to help me to find what I was looking for. Then had to get someone to help with questions and purchase the phone.

While this phone system works fine as my landline, the battery life on the cordless extensions seems lacking. Being a senior citizen, the large buttons are a real plus!

Looks good from afar, but is far from good. The speaker quality is a 1. The style and keypads are a 9. Overall, this is a mediocre but inexpensive desk phone.

This is good priced phone with many good features. The only set back is the audio quality. Sounds a bit of an echo both sides. It’s ok for now but will not buy another AT&T phone or recommend it.

the handsets say they have speakerphone mode but its so low I have to strain to hear even when its on the maximum volume it can produce my old phones also a att set did not have this problem but I cannot pair the old models handsets with this new base this is also not making me happy its also DECT 6.0 and they do not work? I have tried to turn so the speaker is facing me makes no difference. do not call both models of phones DECT 6.0 if the handsets do not work with each other!!!

I purchased this 2 AT&T phone system as my previous one which was about 10 years old finally wasn't working right I am very pleased with new one and probably should have gotten it sooner. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others who might be looking for a replacement phone system.

Phone is okay, but is dfficult to learn how to use it proficiently

Phone works fine. It reads caller ID out loud, which is slow, loud, yet difficult to understand because of pronunciation errors.

Okay hard to install instruction not clear for an elderly person Need to make instruction more compact.

Purchased for a business. Both handsets lock up with a high volume of calls, but they work as advertised

My mother has no issues with this phone. She insists on land line and this phone is it. Setup was a snap and she is happy.

Who knew it was so hard now to find a good landline phone?? Sounds is terrible, on all 3 phones, on both ends of the conversation.

Great basic phone might switch to a VOIP phone latter

After I purchased the phone, people told me it was clear and heard a lot of feed back. I started to return it but I was told I only had 14 days to return.

This phone set works great, good quality product!!

Decent phones however not what I expected. Purchased the same set for my sister and she feels the same way.

some features are quite difficult to manage . Basic functions are fine. Would have liked to have a third satelitephone.

Does not fit over the AT&T installed wall plate. Can only use the base on a table or counter top.
