Can not figure it out. Perplexing! I want it to ring six times like i programed it, not two and the leaves a message on my computer. I want to answer the phone if i know who it is.

The product did not work. The keys on the phone did not work if we need to press #1 or 2, etc.. Also, the phone would ring only 2x and the call would drop or end.

I’m so glad I bought this phone, only I would like to be able to add more than 50 phone numbers

Terrible answering machine ! Phone rings once .. if you missed it .. states you missed 3 calls ! Awful ! Voicemail is a pain .. if you are in phone .. can’t hold

It was nice to get a new phone and this one is great and has two base phones to go with it!

worst phone I have ever purchase I had this phone for a year and it never really work i lepton putting it off to return it something always happen

I like the various features that the phone has to offer along with the great price.

I can't use the number pad and one of the phones broke after 1 month

1. I gave this three stars because the main phone is connected to the receiver by a land line. It would have been nice if the phone connected to the main receiver had the same shape but cordless. 2. It would also been nice if I could transfer my wife and my cell phones to this phone.

This is the worst phone I have ever bought, It is not easy to program. I've spent hours at the time trying to get into the blocked list to unblock phone numbers,once your in, one wrong move and it's over, you have to start all over again. this phone will drive you nuts.

I had to return this phone due to when I make or receive a phone call its sound is always delayed mean I can be talking to somebody on the phone and it goes silent and then comes back on it was very hard for me to like this phone its terrible.

Incredibly complicated to figure out even some of the basic functions. After a week or so I gave up and returned it.

The call blocker feature is way too complicated. I'm not getting spam calls but nothing else seems to be getting through either.

phone was dead in few weeks no connection and a waste of money

I received terrible reception from the phone, especially if I was on the speakerphone. I would sound like I was a robot. I returned the phones. The features felt cheap.

The call clarity is very terrible. It crackles while speaking and cuts out almost as if you're on a cell phone with bad service.

When mounted on the wall the phone fell off. We didn't want a desk phone and that is all we could us it so we returned it to Best Buy.

can't make it work. it isn't simple enough for me

defective...phone cord fades. don't buy, seems poor quality or maybe inside chips broke in shipping.

not intuitive wish I hadn't bought it. I wanted it because it also works if there is a power failure. this will encourage me to get rid of my landline.
