    The phone is easy to use, has great features but the sound quality leaves something to be desired. It seems like air is flowing through and volume isn't consistent. I haven't been able to adjust the audio to a desired volume.

    Same phone as replaced but much more difficult to program. I can't get some bells not to ring for every call. Sorry I bought it.

    Wanted to return this but couldn't because of the ridiculous 15 day return policy. Such a rip off that you expect your customers to pay $50 a year to get a reasonable return window.
