i like the phone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i like the phone but the set up instructions are so complicated that i still am not using it right - i just found out that i should have someone from my geek squad come out and help me and that is what i am going to do - this is not best buys fault it is at&t' fault -what i have somewhat figured out on the phone i really like - as i said before this is NOT BEST BUY'S FAULT - their service is great

Great landline phone

I have to purchase another cordless receiver to cover all the rooms in the house, but that's okay. Our previous AT&T phone system took a lightning hit that destroyed it, so this is our replacement.

Alright but...

I had to replace the first one not because of any fault with the phone but because of a lightning strike that was too close. It was not until I had bought the second phone that I learned it was the switching power supply that had been ruined.
