For a bad one

Two days after purchase the corded hand set went dead. It has been almost impossible to contact anyone at AT&T for a replacement ( maybe due to COVID) and I have not been able to find a replacement handset anywhere locally or online.

Gimpy Office phone system

Very poor service with this phone!

Found that if we place the call on speaker we can hear so the problem is the handset. Often we find no dial tone and can't answer calls on the base unit. Very unhappy with this phone!
