This whole experience was great. Easy, fast online ordering with a better price than so called cheaper stores. Plenty of clear detailed information provided so I could make sure to get exactly what I was looking for. The order came quickly and was securely packaged. Love the phones too especially the easy call blocking function. Absolutely five stars for Best Buy and the phones!

Replacing old AT&T phone. Range is good carry outside to garden and the reception is great. Like the call block feature, but havent set that up yet.

I bought these for my parents as a gift and they love them. They said they were easy to get up. They are older and wanted more headsets to sit around various areas of their house so this version was ideal. I can hear them clearly when we talk on the phone and no dropped calls.

We are very happy with our new At&T, 3-handset phone system. It is very quick and easy to set up, the numbers are quite visible and it has all the important features we were looking to get.

We bought this for my wife’s 95 year old mother and it’s just like the ones we have at home . Very good quality but for a 95 yr old that has never had a cordless phone it’s been hard teaching her but after a couple weeks she is starting to learn how to use

NEED THESE PHONES FOR A LANDLINE SO NOT THAT MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM ,BUT BEST BUY HAS SOME OF THE SMARTEST SALES PEOPLE. THEY KNOW THIER STUFF! SO WE ASKED AND GOT GOOD INFO INSTALL AND IN 3 MINUTES WERE OUT THE DOOR. THE PHONES WHERE EASY TO USE.

Works well except the speaker is not clear when listening to messages.

One of the handsets would not charge. I love the Bluetooth feature. I sure wish Best Buy would get more in stock. I had to return the set I purchased. Please get more in stock.

The phone systems I purchased work very well so far. There are a lot of options. However, the instructions for the different features are very difficult to follow. I do like the call block and plan to attempt to try the other features.

I was troubled by the instruction manual. In attempting to use the "block phone call" feature, I couldn't understand and could not get the phone to operate properly. It dealt with BLUETOOTH, which I have no idea how to configure the unit. I tried to get help, but the reference was for me to use AT&T and I could not understand them.

Good sound quality. The range of the handset is as good as advertised. Keeps a record of your calls until you delete them. Standard recorded message to act as a call screener for Spam phone calls. Caller ID on phone and television is a plus.

It works great and is loud enough for me to hear. I also like the big print.

I love the way the screen my phone calls when they come in. The phone screen calls if it’s spam call it only rings once. If a phone number is not Directory it will not go through and you have to announce your self.

I bought the phones for my 84 tear old mom who is not used to technology. She loves them and so do I. The phones look good and are easy to use. I am buying them for myself and I'll use all the more advanced features.

We purchased these to replace an older landline handset. It works well. It was fairly easy to set up and is easy to operate. I like that I can program one handset and it also automatically programs the other two. While we don't make use of this feature, one can also program in one's mobile phone.

Phone quality is good it’s a nice phone seems to have some difficult features but other than that the phone is a little more expensive for this day being that people don’t use house phones as much other than that I enjoy using it
