Easy set-up. Satisfactory voice quality. Broken telephone wire to be fixed with a replacement. Technical help staff with AT&T very thorough, capable and competent

It works well and is easy to set up. The only thing is that it has to ring 3 times before the caller ID comes on.

These are very nice phones they have a feature that you can turn on to eliminate some of the robot calls you get.

it was very easy to set up. my robbo calls have ended and haven't even begun to add anyone to the block list. filter call before ringing is also a very nice feature.

It fulfils my needs for being easy to set up and use. Still getting used to the phone directory. The phone functions well and the range is excellent. I am thinking about adding another handset More features than I will need, but other people will appreciate them.

In laws needed new phones for there home. They wanted 3 handsets so our local best buy had this in stock and it has been a great phone system for them. The display is large and the key pad is large. For older people this is a great phone system. Highly recommended.

Bought these telephones as a gift for a relative. They look nice, easy to use and a price we were comfortable.

Everything you need in a cordless house phone. I still have a land line and these are all over the house. reception is perfect every time. Range is more than adequate. Haven't tried the cell phone to land line feature yet. a very good product at a fantastic price.

Product itself is fine, but when it would not work after assembling and setting up, I returned to Best Buy to ask a question. I was told by the "Greeter" that asking a question would be considered troubleshooting and I would have to talk to their technicians, which would cost $39.99. I was offered instead, a new set of phones. Believing this to be STUPID, I instead drove to the Comcast store, where a young man immediately knew what I'd done wrong, I went home, did the simple solution he'd told me and everything works fine. What is WRONG with Best Buy?!

Nice looking set. Screen with caller ID a little hard to read. Plugged them right in and work very well. Like the big buttons for a senior citizen

For the price they seam cheap plastic, but work ok have had a short period . Not like it used to be very light and flashy . But bottom line they work for now.

Works like any other phone, except there is enough receivers I can have one close enough that I do not have to go too far to see it is a call from "Unavailable".

Great set of phones. But be aware they are not a plug in and go phone. But is well worth the time and effort. We used to have a dozen hang up spam calls a day. Now zero!

After over 5 years of service my previous AT&T phones succumbed to a lightening storm. This set is a worthy replacement, and the ability of my cell phone to be answered with these phones was a welcomed addition since I often leave my phone in a different room.
