One of the handsets would not charge. I love the Bluetooth feature. I sure wish Best Buy would get more in stock. I had to return the set I purchased. Please get more in stock.

It works ok. The directory is difficult to delete 1 item from and you can't edit an entry. The battery will only last a couple days without being plugged in.

We purchased these to replace an older landline handset. It works well. It was fairly easy to set up and is easy to operate. I like that I can program one handset and it also automatically programs the other two. While we don't make use of this feature, one can also program in one's mobile phone.

I bought the phones for my 84 tear old mom who is not used to technology. She loves them and so do I. The phones look good and are easy to use. I am buying them for myself and I'll use all the more advanced features.

Finally got this AT&T land line phone installed and it is working great. Had an older version of it which had started giving some problems and replaced it. The difference is a call blocker which can come in handy, and I noticed this newer model doesn't have a volume control on the receiver like the older model but is ok.

I bought these for my mother but returned it. The sound quality was mediocre at best. Not close to the sound in more quality phones like the one I eventually purchased. I was also disappointed that there was not a battery in the base unit. It appeared that if power was lost, I would have to start over. The instructions claim that the batteries in the hand units would save that information, but I didn’t test to see if it would transmit to other handsets. I tried to set up the base as a Bluetooth unit to upload a contact list. The instructions didn’t work for me. I decided to pay more for a better unit 

I’m still learning about how to get more use of my new AT&T-4 Hand Set connect to cell Answering System. I’m enjoying using this Phone with access all over my house!

Needed new house phone, I recommend this option. This was a great choice and are working even better. No issues installing and easy to use. Works well and simple to operate. Setup was simple and quick to learn its operation.

We've only had these telephones for about 3 weeks. They seem really nice. The only problem I've had is I inadvertently push the call block button and block relatives! There are a lot of features I haven't used yet because I need to take time to study the instruction manual.

Just got this and it is perfect so far for our needs. Our old phone gave out and we didn't want to give up our landline. The clarity is really good when you're on a call and I like the call block. Highly recommend

sound volume is not great but other features are great. Price is quite expensive as compared to another place you can get in a much cheaper price only in a different color of black & silver but exactly the same kind of phone.

Works well and sounds good! Almost cheaper than three batteries.

My life is so much better because of this phone. I no longer have to put up with annoying robo calls and scammers, This phone puts a stop to all that mess. I have urged all my friends to get this phone and have peace of mind from these annoying calls. Thank you AT&T!!

These phones are easy to setup and the audio is great. My mother set these up at her home and she is 84 and not tech savvy, so I would say very easy to setup and she loves them.
