No more robot calls or unwanted calls . They are blocked from ever getting through. The sound volume is good , easy to hear & easily heard by callers. The directions were very extensive.

Was fairly easy to program numbers. Did not take long to learn to program numbers. My 85 year old mother does it easily once I showed her how to do it.

Looks good hard to use

Bad directions not easy to follow. range is good, haven't got the call list work or bring up missed calls. seems to work off one button but must get sequence correct. not bad if you don't mind missing calls the call screening program is not bad if you can get a list in the phone. with out it everything is a missed call and not returnable.
