Poor set up instructions there is a master receiver that is not properly marked very non-intuitive instructions on how to use message and intercom features and initial set up was basically blind and so challenging to get started

I had problems from the beginning with not being able to get to certain entries in the phone directory; assumed they weren't there, tried to add, it said already there, and still could not display them. Then I had at least 2 people who could not get through... it would ring twice and then hang up on them (just fyi, with my new phone, they called in with no problem at all so definitely not a problem with my phone company). They were not blocked calls, and not sure that's the way a blocked call would be handled anyway. It would intermittently also tell me "no power" but I don't know why .. everything was always plugged in, phone batteries showing a good charge. Maybe it was just me but I an really sorry I bought this product and wish I hadn't taken so long to give up on them... .wasted time and now phone is no longer returnable... sad waste of $65 (phone and tax)

The equipment is sturdy but the instruction manual is not technically well-written. We have tried many variations to get each particular function to work. As a result, some of the functions have not yet been enabled.

The message waiting light is dim. Hard to see from more than a few feet away during the day. A bit better in the dark but nowhere near as good as a previous AT&T system that I had.
Also, when using long key sequences for a phone number that requires multiple key entries, I have been finding that the key tone gets stuck on frequently which messes up my call. Very frustrating. The key itself is not stuck but the tone remains on.
Only tried one handset so far but I was already considering a return dues to the DIM message light.
I have not tired any of the other new features.
