    Unfortunately, I returned these phones because I couldn't turn the volume off completely in our bedroom. Also, as a senior citizen, I found the manual not very easy to navigate.

    Phones are very nice looking and easy to hold in the hand. However, while I'm talking there are many times my caller cannot hear me. Phones do not get good reception.
