THE VERBAL ANNOUNCEMENT OF INCOMING CALLS WAS CLEAR AND LOUD ENOUGHT TO HEAR. I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY ELDERLY MOTHER WHO DID NOT WANT TO CHANGE FROM THE CONVENTIONAL PHONE SO I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK. I WOULD CONSIDER BUYING THIS WHEN MY SYSTEM STOPS WORKING.

We had a recent power surge & it destroyed all 4 of my phones. I immediately bought new AT&T phone from Best Buy as had such good luck with my previous phones.
