    Not a good buy

I purchased these phones for my 90 year old Mom and find that they are mediocre. The sound quality is very poor. You can barely hear even when the volume is turned all the way up. I have found this to be true of all of the AT&T cordless phones. I don't recommend these. They weren't expensive, but you get what you pay for.

If we wanted our Cell phone connected it would be great; only wanted set for Home phone use only - too complicated otherwise.

I returned my original purchase of this phone and replaced it with the same model. That one also had static often so bad that I couldn’t hear the other person. Too tired to get a third set.

This phone has been quite challenging. I can’t get the ringer to go to 6. It’s stuck on 2 and then answering machine picks up. I then have to figure out who and return the call after I’ve run they the house. Still can’t figure out the cell phone connection. A little too high tech for senior citizen,

This phone set apparently is not designed to work with our apple cell phones. May be returned for a credit or cash refund.

Could not permanently silence the answering machine and call ID. I only use it for outgoing calls. Also, directory was hard to program and use. Too late to return, am giving away. I bought another Panasonic system and am very happy with it.

These phones sound good, but fall short in most other areas. The handsets feel cheap. The displays can’t show “#” or “*” so they use a different symbol. There is no support for features found on competitor’s phones, such as call announce and giving the handsets custom names. “Smart call blocking” is anything but. In all, disappointing vs systems from other manufacturers.

Poor quality reception; the call blocker does not work consistently, even silencing saved called. The Blue Tooth did not work for my cell phones and they are less than 1 year old. Very poor buy. The range is also very short, terrible more than a few feet from the base.

Horrible brand and purchase. I lost out big. Battery only works maybe 30 minutes at a time and phone are very light weight not sturdy. Ringer won't ring more than 2 times and can't change the settings. Very poor quality to be At&t.

Often needs rebooting; difficult to use. Although it is annoyingly tedious to navigate through the menus, the worst part about this system is that it stops working every few days. I go to use it and there is no ring tone. Nothing I do to the phone gets the ringtone back, except to UNPLUG it! After plugging back in, it's okay... but a few days later (no pattern), it freezes up again with no dial tone.

I’m going to return these phones. Call coming in cuts off current call. iPhone doesn’t stay connected. Can’t answer cell phone when connected. I thought I was purchasing the same phones that I had bought about 3 years ago. They worked fine including iPhone till now. I thought they should have lasted longer but didn’t. I am going to buy a different brand.
