we had to return few days after we bought , not a very good quality.

It is ok. Not as user friendly as the previous……..

I had a hard time trying to get phones running. Book has directions but they are over 100 pages to read. I am 71 yrs old. My neighbor had to come over to connect for me. But I still do not have it working as it should. NOT really happy with these phones. I wonder can I return them back?

they are different from the last set we bought. i don't like them as well.

Does not function properly when using answering calls

Replaced an old set a few weeks ago that had caller ID announce, assumed they all did when I bought this one. Didn't get to set it up til yesterday and it's a gross inconvenience. Would like to exchange it if possible. It's for home use and really annoying. For office use I'm sure it's fine.

Replace my 2 phone set with this three set. Had it less than a week and had problems with getting a dial tone. Connected back my old set and it is still working. My old phones were AT&T and that is why I purchased the same brand.

Less than 2 months, answering machine quit working

The phone doesn't work, had Comcast come check it out and the base is bad. Could receive calls but couldn't call out.

Much to complicated, suffers from feature overload..

worth getting can't beat the price buy another one for family

Terrible. Bought this curbside and have been trying to call the North Attleboro store to return this cannot get through and since I am 80 years old do not want to go inside store. I hope the store woll get I. Touch with me Thank you Roberta Henry

Base of phone not functional and instructions unclear.

Phone stooped working 18 days after purchase. Store would not exchange and AT&T will not assist.

These phone do not work properly. They do not disconnect from another line when you hang up, making your line inaccessible until you disconnect the phone and connect it again.

Screen too small very difficult to remember what buttons to push. This phone is a real pain in the backside!

The worst land line ever! Returned it. Told the clerk how bad it was and he said, "Yeah, most people return it."

Not user friendly. Tried to get in store help, but can’t do it there. I will have to get an appointment

The item that was shipped looks like a return. The box was ripped and the items were not secured in the box.

Phone was defected. The ringer tone was on but phone mode kept staying on ringer off. Very annoying
