    The phones are very hard to program. I make changes on it like screening calls which I don't remember programming, I change it to NO and it still screens it were people are asked to put in their telephone etc.

    This was purchased for a 2nd home because when I am there people contact me on my cell and I was not always near my cell.I only used it for 1 week, At home, I have a similar phone from another manufacturer and needed to get up to speed using the phone because it is different than my home phone.
