Hands down this is the best land-line phone system I've ever owned. Before this purchase, I was plagued with unwanted calls on an ongoing basis about 5-6 times a day. The call screening feature on this unit has virtually eliminated that problem, peace at last. The system is extremely easy to set up and is user-friendly. The call quality is crystal clear and the handset buttons make navigation a breeze. I highly recommend this phone system.

AT&T 3 handset system has many features that some people may not use. I really like the large keypad/numbers and options. Some of the choice of rings are not desirable to me but overall I like the phone system. You should definitely read through all the setup instructions!

Bought this AT&T handset system to replace my mother's much older AT&T system. A good and reliable product that's easy for my mother to use.

These phones do a fine job of providing access to my land-line. People can call in. I can call out. The base-station voice mail and call screening both work well. The handsets seem to have good range and battery life. I'm satisfied with this product.

We like that their are different ringtone options and the battery holds it's charge for a long time.

Great landline/answering machine has the feature to block out unwanted calls which is fantastic it stops robo/scammers because the system requires the caller to provide their names/company name before it records their messages. Big Plus in my opinion. Easy to set up and instructions not to difficult.

Easy setup, lots of features, good volume. It took a bit of time to get used to the "buttons".

I like the item but the store manager on Bell Road was so rude and mean. I complained on the on-line review and asked to be contacted by the company but they have not contacted me. The manager was a woman and she treated me with much contempt. I would recommend that she be demoted to the back office unpacking boxes or something that matches her awful personality.

This is the 3rd time I have purchased this same system over the last 20 years. Somehow, AT&T keeps getting smarter with the arrangement and usage of its many, many features. Love this set-up and the range is great!

Easy to do at Home! Plug in and Set up with easy to understand directions! Great for an elderly person, who needed multiple phones around the home, so she could answer the phone, without rushing to find where the phone was! Great Sound Quality Speaker phone feature good for physically weakened senior!

Great range, covers whole house and back porch. Handset-to-handset Intercom is an excellent and underrated feature. Have not tried the call blocking, but it's nice to have (I use Ooma for a landline provider and their built-in call blocker is fantastic. Overall, great system. Reduced 1 star for average battery life. Works great, and not an issue to charge nightly.

This telephone is simply amazing. The first one I bought had to be returned because there was no dial tone. The new one walked me through the entire process of setting up my phone. Also, the phone comes with 2 handsets which can be placed in any room since they are wireless. What impressed me most was the call blocker feature which eliminated all spam calls and the 22 minutes of answering time for messages.

Returned both of the boxes ofvthree handset telephones. They simply were not what i needed

Pro: call screening. I love this feature. Any phone number that is NOT in my directory gets screened. This eliminates spam callers. And best of all the phone doesn't ring so you don't have to pick up those annoying phone calls! Con: I miss the call announcement feature. I'm not sure why it's not included on this model. My very old At&t had it and I loved it.

Inexpensive and quick to set up. Her previous phone stopped working so it was time for an upgrade

Didn't work like the AT&T phones we bought 5 years ago. Worse of all was that phones would block incoming numbers & we didn't know why. Maybe was too easy to "bump" block call button. HOWEVER, PHONES WOULD NOT LET US CHANGE TO UNBLOCK NUMBERS !!!!

This unit is ripe with features but the quick start guide has cut too many corners when describing what the features do, how terms are defined, and steps required to make those features work. For example I cannot use an old favorite called redial. Redial means to dial a number previously dialed, But pressing the redial button does not do that. It lists previously dialed numbers. It does not lead me to what I do next. I'm on my own. Maybe some people are blessed with superb intuition but not I. I miss my old Panasonic redial.
