    I am disappointed that the phones don't announce who is calling. I have to look at the face of the phone for this information. I thought all phone systems were equipped with is service!!!!!

    Telephone button controls are not user friendly. Poor design for answering calls, you end up blocking instead of answering.

    Hand sets don’t let you know if you have any messages on the answering machine unless you go into the menu and access the answering machine.
