The volume level was too low. I returned the set and got a Vtech which worked fine, and, cost less!

These were hard for my mother to use. The numbers have to be pressed pretty hard. I never knew exactly how to use all of the possibilities.

wish the keys lit up other than the numbers, being a new phone and unfamiliar with where the buttons were, it was difficult to answer in the dark.

This set is terrible!! You can only hear the caller from the base unit. If you are in another room with another handset, all you hear is the ring, not the caller. Also, when you dial the number, it is delayed. Don't buy this set!!

I purchased these phones for my 90 year old Mom and find that they are mediocre. The sound quality is very poor. You can barely hear even when the volume is turned all the way up. I have found this to be true of all of the AT&T cordless phones. I don't recommend these. They weren't expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I needed a wireless phone and did not realize these were tied into my cell phone, using cell minutes through my cell carrier. I’m not sure why you’d need these as you most likely carry your cell phone with you around the house already. I returned these and exchanged for wireless that I connected into my cable provider.

This phone has been quite challenging. I can’t get the ringer to go to 6. It’s stuck on 2 and then answering machine picks up. I then have to figure out who and return the call after I’ve run they the house. Still can’t figure out the cell phone connection. A little too high tech for senior citizen,
