The phones are functional. But they are smaller than they look.

    My worst landline ever!

This is the worst landline system I've ever purchased! I'm noise sensitive, but imagine having a firealarm on your phone ... ALL the ringtones are literally non-stop! Then, it takes 7 steps to access the directory! There's more, but I'll stop here. This was the only multiple phone system in stock the evening I went to Best Buy or I never would have purchased AT&T.

Could not permanently silence the answering machine and call ID. I only use it for outgoing calls. Also, directory was hard to program and use. Too late to return, am giving away. I bought another Panasonic system and am very happy with it.

    Good sound, features lacking

These phones sound good, but fall short in most other areas. The handsets feel cheap. The displays can’t show “#” or “*” so they use a different symbol. There is no support for features found on competitor’s phones, such as call announce and giving the handsets custom names. “Smart call blocking” is anything but. In all, disappointing vs systems from other manufacturers.

Poor quality reception; the call blocker does not work consistently, even silencing saved called. The Blue Tooth did not work for my cell phones and they are less than 1 year old. Very poor buy. The range is also very short, terrible more than a few feet from the base.

Horrible brand and purchase. I lost out big. Battery only works maybe 30 minutes at a time and phone are very light weight not sturdy. Ringer won't ring more than 2 times and can't change the settings. Very poor quality to be At&t.

Often needs rebooting; difficult to use. Although it is annoyingly tedious to navigate through the menus, the worst part about this system is that it stops working every few days. I go to use it and there is no ring tone. Nothing I do to the phone gets the ringtone back, except to UNPLUG it! After plugging back in, it's okay... but a few days later (no pattern), it freezes up again with no dial tone.

Replaced an old set a few weeks ago that had caller ID announce, assumed they all did when I bought this one. Didn't get to set it up til yesterday and it's a gross inconvenience. Would like to exchange it if possible. It's for home use and really annoying. For office use I'm sure it's fine.

try a string and a tin can first! The directions for this are impossible for a layman to interpret - there are so many buttons and options, I am sure the phone could do a vasectomy if properly operated. I can not get names on a call list or see who is calling or even hear the caller well. Maybe it will serve me as a way to kill ants!=== BEST BUY sales people offered no guidance on set up or use --- maybe I should have wasted my money at amazon -- would have savd a few bucks I am sure!
