this phone is hard to navigate LoL, don't throw the manuals.

Base of phone not functional and instructions unclear.

worth getting can't beat the price buy another one for family

Unable to turn up or adjust volume. Phone doesn't have this impt capability feature - Useless for my elderly parent with hearing issues.

the system is missing some important features. It doesn't announce who is calling. i can't change the message and it on'y rings 3 times before the message comes on.

its ok , the ring tone are not good sound is ok. its just average.

This set was purchased to replace one we had for several years. Disappointing as it is much more difficult to set up and use--still working on it after several weeks. Would not recommend!!!

Tactile feedback is poor on keys. Some features require too many steps.

Had trouble with this phone from the beginning. Contacted manufacturer to resolve transmission issues(inability to hear caller,caller could hear me). Customer Support talked me through a reboot. Phone worked fine for +- 1 week,then went out again. Contacted service provider and for assistance, service repaired a few days later,went out again after acouple of weeks,same problem. RETURNED

The phones were truly needed to cover the entire home

they kept losing call had to get rid of them alot of staticl, i even had phone company check lines to make sure and it was the phones the whole time

They seem to be a good replacement for the ones we had.

phone does not work charge battery brand new dislike

This system has many functions but it not easy to set up. I purchased it for my 92 year old mother who does know how to operate a computer, iPhone and Kendall but this phone is way to complicated. I am wishing I had not bought it but will make due.

Had an older model but the battery was not holding this one has very poor reception

AT&T has proven once again they cannot make home phone. The call block feature does not work. When a number is put in to dial and you decide wrong number you have to backspace to remove. The customer service line suck and is no help. Now I’m stuck with a product that sucks!

Was not satisfied with my purchase, the phones weren't working correctly. Could not return due to your short return policy. Had to pack them up and mail to the manufacturing company. Costing me postage and time. Would have been easier for me to return to the store. Had them less than a monrh.
