Returned phone to store that we picked it up

IT WAS NOT our phones problems, but VERIZONS and still has not been fixed by them. We returned the phone was given an in store credit, (not happy) as Verizon didn't fix the problem and still hasn't and was passed the 14 day limit. We NEVER used the phone. If Verizon would have fixed the problem, we would have NEVER purchased the phone in the first place. Also we would have returned it earlier, but had to go to Dallas for a Memorial.

Phone works, call sound just ok

Also, need two independent lines to do dedicated phone conferencing.
