Works fine
I purchased the AT&T 2 line phone to run a small home business. I needed a phone with the headset capability directly from the phone. After reviewing many other phones, I found this one to be the best for the intended use. It's not the best but serves it's purpose as a basic corded phone line with headset capability.

Good traditional two-line phone
Good features but lacks a lighted screen so it's hard to read the information like caller ID.

Another great product a corded phone that I needed
You site said there were two of the phones i was looking for at the Milford, MA store and indeed there were. I bought both of them and the sales person and those at the checkout were great and right there to help. The phone both work great and added a lot to help Me at home and I'm 100% satisfied with both the product and the great people at the store.
