I purchased the AT&T 2 line phone to run a small home business. I needed a phone with the headset capability directly from the phone. After reviewing many other phones, I found this one to be the best for the intended use. It's not the best but serves it's purpose as a basic corded phone line with headset capability.

Good features but lacks a lighted screen so it's hard to read the information like caller ID.

You site said there were two of the phones i was looking for at the Milford, MA store and indeed there were. I bought both of them and the sales person and those at the checkout were great and right there to help. The phone both work great and added a lot to help Me at home and I'm 100% satisfied with both the product and the great people at the store.

This was very easy to set up, program numbers into, and teach others how to use. It is very simple to get into the menu, supports multi lines, and each speed dial button can hold two numbers (though we only ever needed the single set). The handset is lightweight and easy to hold between shoulder and ear for multitasking. Bright display, large easy to read numerical buttons for persons with vision difficulty, and adjustable ringer volume.

wanted a desk phone with headset jack, caller ID, & speaker phone . this phone fits the bill. sound good & looks good . Happy

plugged in to new charter line yesterday and got it set up right away. Only use one line, but it is there if i need. Display shows calls, missed and if there is voice mail. Easy to program speed dial. Best of all Speaker phone works great. Touch the speed dial button and speakerphone comes on automatically.

The phone was easy to use and my husband could hear very well with the speaker. This phone is simple to use and the quality is very good.

Believe it or not, it's hard to find a basic old school corded phone with multiple phone lines. I should have known Best Buy would have me covered. This 2-line phone is perfect for the business I work at. Easy to set up and use with caller ID, call waiting and conference call capabilities. If you're looking for a simple, functional business phone this one should fit the bill nicely.

I like the phone's features. The 2 lines, speakerphone, mute, etc without the overhead of built-in speakerphone, etc.

This is an excellent telephone and does everything well. But there are two cons. First it is for two lines. With only one telephone line, the "second" line light is always lit and the display always shows the second line. The other con is that we have another telephone set up and when it is used, the line indicator on this phone does not always show that the line is in use. It eventually does, but it takes several minutes to figure it out. Having said that, I am still happy with the telephone.

I had an older model of this phone which finally gave up the ghost. This seems to be easier to use and has more features. I like the way it tilts up so it is easier to see the window and incoming calls

I purchased this for my 100 year old Aunt to use in the nursing home. It was super easy to program and easy for her to use, She can pick up receiver and push a button next to the name I programmed in to reach that person. The buttons are also large.

So far so good.. use it for my work from home job. Bought separate headset and it works well with this phone. A lil pricey though, but other than that it does what it's suppose to.

Needed to replace 2 landline phones at the Church. I was pleasantly surprised how well they are working. The large buttons and caller id functionality are really beneficial. The Administrative Team is so grateful for the new phones.

the sound quality is good - I use the speaker phone feature most often. I needed a corded phone that could go 2+ hours for conference calling purposes. the numbers are large and the phone is very sturdy.

Finally! I found a desk phone with good quality sound, speakerphone as well as jack & front button for headset! It was surprisingly difficult to find that combination. The only reason I took off 1 star is that this is a 2-line phone, and I need only 1-line.

I purchased this phone for my elderly father who is in a nursing home. I originally started looking at the phone for the way the programmed numbers were set up. Then I really liked it because of the light up display at the top of the phone. He can barely use his hands so this was a lifesaver for our family.

I had an ATT phone before and was looking for a similar phone. I really didn't realize it was a 2 line phone...which I didn't need or have. So I had to cover the light on the second line, because it was annoying. Otherwise, I'm happy with the phone.

This is a good 2 line phone for the price. We use it at our business, that is a restaurant, and it works great. We have two of them and have had good luck with them for a long time
