Bought this phone for my new home office... i am very happy with the quality and ease of use.

Purchased phone for my 96 year old mom. She's had issues with phone usage with her hearing aids. This phone solved the lack of volume issues and allows her to independently make calls from her nursing home room to all her children with the touch of a button and pre-programmed numbers. Thanks Best Buy!

This telephone made from AT&T is great! I love how the buttons are not to big where it takes up the whole surface of the device. Love the jack for a headset! Works perfectly in my office.

I bought this phone to use as I transitioned between phone providers. It works well. The ring volume is quite loud even on its lowest level. There is not a way to silence an incoming call but this is the only qualm I have. Great phone overall.

this was a great phone, I loved that it sat up nicely and it was very nice looking was clear when on the handset but the speaker phone wasn't great and would cutout unless you were very close to it and the deal breaker for me was that it is not "dual something or other" (I can't remember the tech. term for it) which means that if you and the other person speak at the same time it cuts one of you out the conversation only goes one way at a time if this doesn't bother you and you dont use the speaker phone unless you are sitting in front of it the whole time (desk work) then it is a great phone

Most of the set up menu is intuitive and easy to do. However, you must go through a lot of moves to get to view the CID, which is not intuitive.

I bought this phone primarily for the speaker quality and the ability to connect a headset. Very good phone for home office use.

I found the phone to be was was described on the web site. I reviewed the users manual and found it easy to read and understand, not with language that looked like a partially trained foreign person had written the manual. The only problem I have is that the second phone line can not be disabled.

Easy to use features and nice large numbers for dialing.

Nice phone with plenty of features for the price. Only downside for some is the fact it uses batteries instead of power source.

I needed a corded phone and this one is great! I love the large numbers and ease of use. It can also be used in a business with two lines, speaker feature and caller ID.

Was looking to replace an existing AT&T phone so didn’t hesitate to get another one from the same company. Loved it! Last phone had it more than a decade so confident will have this one the same!
