It's a great office phone, I love the feature on it

We had an old ATT recorder/answ. phone for years. When it bit the dust, we knew we wanted another that would work just as well as the old one. this did the trick.

Everything I want in an office phone. Easy to use.

We needed a replacement land line phone with a wired hand set for an office used by many people. Cordless handsets disappeared forever. This phone had a big keyboard and no unwanted features. Call quality is excellent. Great that AT&T still manufactures quality land line telephones

Works great as a home office phone where one can answer both home and office phone lines without having to move from chair. Easy line buttons to select but wish the ringer sound come be line independent.

It has a lot more features than a "normal," mid-twentieth century phone to which we are accustomed. It will take time to learn how to utilize this device to its full capabilities & our understand of such.

We love these phones. Plug it in and ready to use. We are a small business and our phones where having problems. Bought a RCA phone set for close to $400. They we difficult to set up and stopped working within a few weeks. What a mess! I found these simple 2 line phones, went down and picked them up the same day. I can programs numbers in when I have time but these worked right out of the box. Plugged them in and last few weeks no problems! Love it!

Great for home office and teleconferences. Able to save numbers you use constantly and sounds great, zero noise feedback when in speaker mode

Excellent workmanship and a variety of "effects" built-in the telephone system. I was able to organize it quickly and we are both completely satisfied!

Simple to hook up and use for in home office. The speaker and mute features are very useful.

bot this for WFH, so happy with the clarity and multifunctions. speaker, headset compatible, hold, mute, volumes, and stored numbers etc are exactly what my Cisco deskphone has at the office and I couldn't be more pleased....again the clarity quality is amazing!

I only wanted to know who is calling and this does the job. The display is smaller and hard to read. It is a nice speaker phone.

I bought this phone because I wanted call waiting, caller ID and a speakerphone all in one phone. The call waiting works beautifully. However, the speaker works fine on my end, but when you turn up the volume,I become distorted to the person on the other end. The speaker distance is way too short. I can only be a couple of feet from the phone, otherwise, the person on the other end cannot hear me. I also bought the phone because I am vision impaired. The picture on the web and on the box shows a light colored background with black print. The reality is the background is light blue with medium blue print. That's when it is lit. When it is not lit, it is simply a dark screen. Caller ID is worthless to me, because I cannot see the screen. Even if the screen can be changed to another color, I couldn't see to change it. Not happy with this purchase.

The numbers are very large and the volume setting is great. It has a blue background display so you can see in the dark. It stores calls incoming and has answering machine capability. Love this phone

This phone is good for anyone, especially for seniors. This was an upgrade for my parents, who had an older phone (without caller id). Voice quality is quite good.

The phone is great. The headset that I got at the store was not so great so I went online and bought one meant for the phone and that works pretty well.

like my new phone not sure yet of the bells and , but then I am not good with e lectronic functions.. Waiting for grandson to show me specifics. Looking for a corded phone with answering machine, but only one corded phone available, did not realize only had a week to decide to keep and was out of town. so will keep phone.
