I bought one os these for my son and daughter in law for Christmas and they liked it because it had so many extensions ~ 4. so, when ours broke, bought it. Only wish it had 5, so we could have one for the basement. Great product!

We tried, and returned, a few other phone systems before trying this one. It is far superior to the Panasonic; easy to set-up; very good sound quality. We're very pleased with this purchase.

Good value, good battery life. Love the caller ID feature. The phone tells you who is calling after the second or third ring, which is great when you can't get right to the phone!

during calls there is frequent static. Also, the call announcer is scratchy and rarely completes an ID

We wanted a unit that would replace our dated phones in the home. Taking advantage of a sale price on top of a bonus points made the purchase a no brainer. Set up is a breeze; ready to use after the initial charge. The speaker phones on each unit ROCKS just as much as the push to talk on each of the 4 phones that came with this bundle! The fact that the each phone announce the caller is pure icing. This is a MUST GET for anyone!

bought as present this product was not for me but for someone else so I am not at liberty to discusss exactly how they like it they are unavailable at this time to ask their opinion I do know that thewy like that it says wihos calling even when it is pronounced wrong

My Mom's landline phone went bad. She has to have a landline for dsl. This item was on sale and I had a bunch of Best Buy Reward gift certificates. So I ordered this for her. I didn't have internet at my new home yet so I went to a store and ordered it there. I wanted it delivered to the store closest to Mom and Mom to pick it up. My store made that so easy. The phone itself sounds so much clearer than the previous one she had. It sounds like we're talking in the same room. If you still need a landline you can't go wrong with this one.

A great set of cordless phone system with answering machine, so easy to set up. Love that I can check for messages with out actually going to the answering machine module!

works very well..only need to plug into one phone line...so nice to have in garage outside...could be a little louder ringer other then that...great phones..

The phone designs are modern, and the sound quality is perfect. The battery lasts a lot, would defiantly recommend them!

Very happy with the quality of sound, the range we have with the cordless phones. Have been able to use throughout the house, in the garage as well out in the yard.

I actually bought this as a gift for my mother. She is thoroughly happy with it and likes all the features it has to offer.

My mom needed a new cordless phone and answer machine her old phones needed batteries so instead of spending money on them I decided to just buy new cordless phones I needed to get her something that has good battery life and a good call quality with a loud speaker as she get a lot of over seas calls and also makes them I put one in all her rooms thanks best buy for selling this item and having awesome workers everyone at store #569 are so awesome

Of the 4 handsets, only one needs to be plugged in to a phone line. That is a good point. Not so good points are that buttons stick and sound quality varies. Also, the battery compartment isn't a good fit. The charger base isn't heavy enough and tips easily. This is an average system for an okay price.

Great phone system for the price. Easy to setup just about anywhere as long as there is a power outlet

Previous Panasonic phone kept dying, good battery life and good price value
