This phone has large buttons, and large numbers and characters on them too. The phone and answering machine are easy to use. Great product for the price.

I bought this phone for my 89 year old, hard of hearing, mother. The phone has an audio boost so she can actually hear the conversation, unlike her past phone. Also, the numbers are larger than usual, which makes it easier for her to see.

I've been using the phone and the extra handset for a few weeks now, and so far all is good. It wasn't too hard for me to figure out how to set it up, and I can keep the manual nearby for reference on all the menu settings. Voices are clear, and I like having volume control on both the ringer and the sound.

Quality is good, handset is comfortable to use, Answering machine is easy to setup and use. All in all very happy with this phone.

We wanted an updated answering machine with currently available features. The one we replaced was quite old. We trust AT&T, so it was an easy choice to chose from among their offerings. It was easy to set up and it is easy to use. We like that now we can see the actual phone numbers calling us. One thing we would note, though, is that the sound quality is not quite the improvement we expected over the old one we had. If you have an opportunity to listen to one before you buy, we would suggest you do; everyone hears a little differently.

LOVE THE FACT THAT IT HAS THE NUMBERS VERY LARGE FOR PEOPLE THAT CAN'T SEE UP CLOSE AND ITS VERY SIMPLE AND BASIC.

I can hear very plainly on this phone. Others that I have tried make the sound distorted. I don't use the voice mail capabilities since that is on my land line phone. It was easy to load the special phone numbers I use, and that was a big deal for me at 83. I'm not knowledgeable in mechanical items.

I purchased at BestBuy.com the A T T CRL32102 cordless phone because the battery in my old GE cordless phone would no longer hold a charge and I wanted a newer cordless phone. This A T T model has all the newest/latest features so I won't list them all. It was easy to set up. It is easy to use. I was able to buy this phone at a sale price at BestBuy.com. The A T T CRL32102 offers good value at a very good price.
