This phone has worked great so far!! The big numbers make it easier to see, it has different ring tones, and it was an easy set up!

This cordless phone works great and I bought this as a replacement for the exact same one we bought many years ago. It's easy to set up and the other phone that was expanded to our old CRL32102 was easy to program to this new one. I highly recommend this product. The old CRL32102 still works however after so many years of use, the messages were getting hard to understand.

Plug in and ready to go. It is a great cordless phone for the price. It is clear and has a good range.

This phone has large buttons, and large numbers and characters on them too. The phone and answering machine are easy to use. Great product for the price.

I can finally make a phone call correctly the first time thanks to the white background of the screen with black letters. My previous phone had a green background and black letters and was totally user unfriendly! This phone was easy to install and didn't take hours of instruction to start to operate I bought 2 phone sets, one for us and one for my boyfriends mother who is in a nursing home and can barely hear in on ear. I would buy again.

we've had good luck with our other four AT&T phone machines, all still working. We didn't want too many "bells and whistles" as two of the units already have the answering machine option. this phone looks stylish, is comfortable to use, and we have no complaints. when one of the other ten year old cordless phones croak, it will be replaced with a similar model to this one.

I bought this phone for my 89 year old, hard of hearing, mother. The phone has an audio boost so she can actually hear the conversation, unlike her past phone. Also, the numbers are larger than usual, which makes it easier for her to see.

We wanted an updated answering machine with currently available features. The one we replaced was quite old. We trust AT&T, so it was an easy choice to chose from among their offerings. It was easy to set up and it is easy to use. We like that now we can see the actual phone numbers calling us. One thing we would note, though, is that the sound quality is not quite the improvement we expected over the old one we had. If you have an opportunity to listen to one before you buy, we would suggest you do; everyone hears a little differently.

Quality is good, handset is comfortable to use, Answering machine is easy to setup and use. All in all very happy with this phone.
