Works great and setup was easy. The voice announcements of who is calling are as good as they can be given the caller information supplied by the phone company. All calls we have received so far are SPAM!

I purchased this phone for my Dad who is frustrated with his smartphone. My Dad is getting up there in age and needs a phone with larger lit numbers and louder ringer. Setting up the answering service took a little longer than expected therefore giving this phone 4 out 5 stars.

Improved and updated features on this model. We needed a new phone, as our old one would no longer hold a charge. We were happy to see the features on this replacement, as it has many more features than the version we replaced. Works great and the battery from our old model works well in this new one!

A pretty good cordless phone--I need a phone with a loud ring and this one has it; and a lot of features. My only complaint is that it's difficult managing the features; not as user friendly as it should be.

The phone set up is easy. No issues with static. Getting use to programing telephone numbers I used especially now that I work from home 2 days a week. Telephone numbers are big.

I bought this phone did not know it came with extras, I love it!! I did not have an issue installing it or setting up time and date I love the way it announces who is calling great for senior citizens.

The phone has a nice large font so it is easy to read numbers and letters. But the background has a tinny fuzzy sound while you are talking to someone. It is a little annoying. Answering machine is good. I wish the tinny sound could be fixed.

Compact and easy to operate! It is a good phone/answering machine. It is replacing a similar unit we enjoyed for many years!!!

I purchased this for my 90 year old mother. Large buttons and text makes it easy to see. The phone is also compatible with hearing assist devices.

I bought this for my for my uncle who is hearing impaired, it said on the site great for the hearing impaired, not so much. But over all a good phone. On a Better note the speaker phone sounds great, and the buttons are big and easy to see.

Bought it for my 78 year old mom. She loves it. It works great for elderly people.
