I purchased it because it was very compact and did not take up a lot of space on my desk. I like that it gives you separate count of missed calls and messages on the handset so if you get a telemarketer, you can delete from handset and not listen to message if any is left.

It tells you out loud who's calling, so you would have the option to get up off your chair from another room or not, which is a plus. Overall it's just a regular landline phone.

Love this phone. Takes up very little space and is easy to use. Highly recommend.

I had a very old cordless phone and wanted to get an updated one. After looking at several I chose this one. I am very happy with my decision. It was simple to set up and is very stylish with the black and silver.

Directions were a bit hard to follow to set up answering machine message.

This is a good phone from both a price and sound quality perspective. Build quality appears good. My only complaint is the inability to answer calls just by removing it from the charger - some phones have this as an option.

I just needed one phone. This one was great. Excellent price and great battery life. On top of that you can shut off the voicemail( answering machine) , which is great because of all the telemarketing!! I recommend this phone.

We needed an easy to use and reliable home phone to use for conference calls taken at home. This has good range away from the base unit and has good speaker phone sound while talking with others.

no problems, everything went well, the instructions that came with the phone were easy to understand. I have connected the phone up in our office. There are no problems currently. This was a good choice for us and for anyone that don't need a large base phone.

this was purchased for my mother in law who is in a senior care facility. the big display and numbers make it easy for her to read and use.

This particular phone has some unique features that you can either use or turn off. It is easy to use. The volume features increase your ability to hear better while on the phone.

The answering machine was very easy for my elderly mother to set up. We ordered an additional handset from Best Buy & we received it very quickly. The volume is also adjustable

The best phone. I have tried other brands and this is far superior. Easy to set up and rings loud. Can quiet phone for up to 12 hours but the answer machine will work.

This phone works very well. The range is good, reception is clear and it is the perfect size for us. However, the answering machine leaves a little to be desired. If the person leaving the message is speaking softly, the message is poorly recorded and ends up being garbled.

I love the fact that I don't need my eyeglasses to see who is calling me now! Also, my new phone announce who is calling.

Having just moved and all belongings still packed, an inexpensive phone was needed until all others were found. This phone met that need. It is easy to get up and running. All functions are easy to understand and use.

There are some phones with features that are hard to access and navigate. I thought that this phone would such a phone, but it's features are easy to navigate, even without reading the manual.
