This phone has so many features, it tells you who is calling it has a lighted touch pad for the numbers the answering system holds a lot om messages you get a lot for the price.

This is a good cordless phone and answering machine which is expandable and has enough bells and whistles to satisfy everyone. The phone is really designed for desktop use but AT&T does include a wall mount bracket which I use and it is easy to install although the phone does stick out from the wall quite a bit and you can see the bottom of the bracket after it is installed with the phone and base attached. The battery for this phone is not your typical rechargeable double or triple A so years down the road you might have to go to AT&T for a replacement. In conclusion, I am happy with this phone.

This phone is plug and play. Easy to read buttons. Voicemail was also easy to set up.

We bought this phone for my wife's mother who is 87 years old. She likes it and can hear it when it rings a lot better than her old phone. Also, she can press the button to amplify a callers voice and she likes that. I would definitely recommend it for an older person.

It’s been years since we had a land line phone and my wife insisted that we needed one in case of an emergency like loosing our cell phones and this phone has great options and features

I am enjoying the AT & T CRL 32102 cordless phone with answering system, caller ID, and call waiting features. The ring tone can be turned to silent, so sleep or evening is not disturbed.

Overall, the phone works well with many features like speakerphone, etc. The only problem I have with it is that the receiver is too “slippery” while I try to hold it while talking. That’s why it’s nice to have the speakerphone feature. Talking about cordless phones in general, they’re just not made as great as they once were. The new models out there now are small and hard to hold while talking. Sure miss the early days of the cordless phones, especially AT&T’s early cordless phones.

Just what I wanted to announce who is calling. I found it to be worth the price. I have it as a separate phone for my bedroom.

The phone was delivered on schedule. Set-up instructions were clear and in good English. Operation has been fully acceptable. Especially like the caller ID features.
