Ordered online picked up purchased item in the Annapolis Store got item home found to be opened-boxed informed the store and also made a complaint via telephone because I was charged full price for open box item the only offer they made for inconvenience was to bring item back for a 10% discount (WOW), very poor customer service and the person I talked to over the phone promised to call me backed in 24hrs well it never happened. I would recommend the phone just checked anything purchased from Best Buy online before leaving store Life Lesson.

Great phone. Got it on sale. Good sizing for numbers for those who have difficulty seeing. The volume of the phone and ringtone are also really good.

It is great to have an answering machine that tells you whose calling therefore I don't have to look at the number and not answer. I just sit and not answer.

Good phone with good quality of hearing. Will purchase this brand again.

For the price, this is a fabulous phone. Now if only I could get it to answer and look at my response to let me answer or say I'm not available.

I am enjoying my new land line phone. It tells you who is calling so you don't have to answer if you don't feel like it at the time. Number is saved to call back.

Easy to use & set up. Can use handset anywhere in the store. Easy to understand messages when they are left. Easy to save/erase messages. Was easy to record my outgoing message.

These are good phones . Easy to install and easy to use. Plus we got it for a good price!

I bought this to replace my other phone which causes hissy sound when somebody is calling me on cell phone. I thought this would get rid of annoying sound but it doesn't. And the second concern is the ringer isn't loud enough to be heard from the living room to my room. The voice on caller's ID is low too, the only good thing in this phone is the large lighted keypad and friendly user's set up. There you have it, an honest review.

All I needed was a nice simple reliable phone with an answering machine for my home office use and this has worked out perfectly!
