I don’t have caller ID, so I can’t give a review on all features. My only criticism is that there’s no backup battery. For that reason I haven’t bothered to record a personal greeting because I know that even a short power outage will cause the message to return to the default one.

Good for hard of hearing people

It has a volume booster, she is hard of hearing. When she puts the booster on and puts me on speaker phone she can actually hear me!
