Good for hearing impaired

I bought this as a backup phone to an Internet dependent captioned phone. The speaker phone button makes this phone ideal for her to hear the caller. Very easy setup, also.

It was purchased for my mother because the numbers are big and backlit. The volume controls make it easier to hear. She likes it a great deal. The instructions for setting up the caller ID are kind of hard to follow.
