Only part not so good is the voice announcing the caller in not very clear, but that feature can be turned off.

This phone works with my fiber optic network in case of emergency. As long as it has power and the fiber optic line is good to relay station you can call out still talk

Have the instructions close by. Didn't need to buy extension phones. The ring started out to be very loud.
