Lousy product but too much trouble to return

For example the ring is loud but when you lower it and even turn it off it's still loud. Doesn't allow turning off. I'm using it pretty much like an answering machine only. It does that well so far. Additionally, it's programmed only for 5 bar sounds higher, so often it's not loud enough depending on whom you are talking to.
