Nothing fancy but gets the job done. The caller id announcement is a nice feature

Was looking for a basic phone and this phone provides me with the reliability and functionality I was looking for without a huge financial investment.

The phone works fine, but the numbers and answering or hang up pictured red and green buttons (phones) are too small for our purposes (seniors with poor eyesight).

The size of the print on caller id and the white background makes it easy to read caller name and number

It is a good phone with large buttons to easily see the numbers. It is compact and works well.

It's pretty trash to be honest. It works, but it isn't really efficient and its a pain to use. Wouldn't really recommend this product because of the fact the price is so high for something this cheap quality. For most people this is OK, but there are a lot better, cheaper alternatives.

Needed a new home phone for internet required by Windstream. It works fine and does the job. No bells or whistles. Just what we needrd.

Nice big numbers but even with ringer off still talks and need to mute to stop

Returned this item due to numbers being too small for my 90 year old mother to see.

I like the phone. It has a loud ring which we can hear any where in the house. You can hear what the other person is saying.

Your agent was very personable and sounded like he knew his stuff...however when I got home with this phone, I could NOT get the base to accept it. I'm really disappointed. If you would please take the time to figure this out we could then have a phone in the kitchen. Thank you

I am having the same problems with this new phone as with the old one so I am thinking it may be in my line & not the phone! I may be returning it.

Thought sound would be better. Sound isn't great..

when I use the speaker has a lot of static and the other person can not understand or hear what I am saying, It is not clear on the instructions this is a simple phone and it should not be this difficult to enter data in the phone log,

This product had great limitations. It had minimal memory for messages. It took multiple pressing buttons to get to any setting. You could not silence the phone unless a timeframe was given. If the phone rang and you forgot to silence it, you could not silence it while ringing. The handset and the base had separate ways to erase information and that was confusing. The one nice feature was it lite up when a phone call was coming in. I will need to purchase a new phone.

Phone has nice features but the volume quality is disappointing.

The phone is fine. Caller ID voice is atrocious!! Surely there is a better simulated voice. RJS

Don’t really care for my phone, hate with the announcement with every call that comes in, then you can’t understand what they are saying. Have tried to take it off but! Couldn’t

It's junk. No offense to anyone in particular. This phone is of low quality and thus has many functioning issues, poor sound quality, distortion such that you cannot understand the person with whom you are having a call. Buy something else. Although I tried diligently to follow the instructions in the Manuel that came with my phone, i was unable to accomplish tasks like setting the ring-tone. Only over time did we discover things like: the pound key doesn't work. We discovered this while trying to call our doctor whose phone instructed us the choose a number from his menu, only for us to discover the pound key didn't work. Also when I called best I was again instructed to hit the pound key.I am willing to accept that my learning curve at 87 years may be at fault but after hours of struggle I must also entertain the conclusion that the product and it's seller also shares blame.
