Didn't last year
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had one of these phones for years without a problem, but then the keys started sticking. I ordered a new one, and within 6 months the keys started sticking. Called ATT & was told to clean around the keys with cheesecloth. Since it has a flat surface this suggestion was ridiculous. Also started having a problem when I answered the phone, it would shut off, and I would just hear the dial tone. Sending it back for repair would cost more than it's worth. Am looking for a new phone. It will not be an ATT.

Non-functioning features
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The speaker on the base was broke, I believe some of the buttons as well, without sound I can't confirm! I purchased online, but returned to neighborhood store. Awaiting replacement, however the replacement delivery was originally scheduled for Thursday, 1/13 but shipping has been delayed! Obviously I'm not a happy camper!!! I had the same model for 5 years and LOVED it. I dropped the handset damaging the display which is why I needed to purchased a new phone and wanted ONLY the same model again!
