After 5 weeks not working

Static and so much noise you could not hear or answer the phone. Call the phone company our line was fine they indicated the base station was no good. going to try to return it today!

The handset does not sit comfortably on your shoulder. Phones work good, the service does not quite make it to the end of the driveway.
