Phone system works okay but screen is terrible.

However, her main complaint is that she cannot see the readout screen. I checked the screen and she is right - the backlight is very dim and you have to look really hard to see the print. I'm thinking about returning it.

Lacking one critical feature

It doesn't have caller ID--instead of telling you who's calling plays my message (which I don't need to hear). Wouldn't buy it again.

Wonderful desktop for a senior

When I had a problem connecting with my printer, I brought the desktop to the store and a technician connected a small device that solved the problem. It has been excellent ever since.

Typical import that costs the same as earlier products, but are now just stupid. I consider this theft by AT&T.

This phone is disappointing.

I am sorry that I did not study the phones in advance. The sound is not clear, the numbers are lit, but the on and off are not, and the message on the screen is too light. My old Panasonic was much better.
