previous phone had a voice announcement the caller

Bought these phones for my mom. She does not like them as well as her old ones. If she misses a call, the phone number does not immediately show up as missed call. So she doesn’t know who called until a few minutes later.

Its an ok phone set, but periodically I get a message that the line isn't working. I can only fix it by unplugging and replugging the phone from the wall. I had another phone at this location previously. so i doubt that it is a problem with the electrical outlet.

Perhaps just got a bad one. Thought I'd try this brand but not again. Have terrible background noise(which may be my line) but messages won't record but about 5 words and cuts off, disappointed with the features. Tried of working with it, trying to correct things, going back. I really rely on full messages. Sorry

The backlight on the screen is very dim and the numbers and letters are very small making this model too hard to read. I would not recommend this product.

They get the job done, but the buttons are hard to push, and sometimes something comes across fuzzy, could be the phone line but never heard it before these phones...

Very hard to hear people’s voices especially with hearing aids. Can hear very well on cell phone but these are almost impossible.

The phone is much clearer ,don't have about when I am talking to some one the phone goes dead,Thanks

I purchased these phone for my home and after a few days the static in the phone was horrible

Menu tree not simple enough; spouse can't stand these phones at all. But having phones everywhere for this price is nice.

The phones are horrible. There is a whole lot of static in them. I will be asking for a refund.

I was replacing a Panasonic system and thought AT&T would be better or at least as good; however, I found it to be a poor system - bad transmission - I have to use the speaker to be able to hear people. I can't hear calls the normal way - volume too low and can't be turned up enough. Voice was told sounds scratchy.

The phones battery is expected. There not bad phones except the reception on it can be static sounding when talking on it.

Clarity of the messages left was terrible. Could not understand. Voice clarity was terrible on most messages.

The plastic window and the plastic phone buttons become marred after a few weeks use. The plastic can not be cleaned with a water soaked rag or with soapy water soaked rag. Using lighter fluid did not clean the plastic, nor did Goof Off to clean the plastic. The same problem exists with other AT&T telephone answering systems. Do not buy!

display (even indoors) contrast is so low that it must have been designed for a blind man.

I could tell when I connected these phones that they were not the quality that I had with previous AT&T phones which is why I chose them in the first place. When I could not understand a message on the speaker I packed them up and returned to store to find that in fact they are AT&T only in name which I think is deceitful.

The phones that i bought are very staticy. I was not impressed!

The sound quality is poor for both the earphone and in speakerphone mode.
