doesnt work the greatest old phone system cost the same and spoke caller id buttons soft

I have had no issues with the phone and it's nice that there is three hand sets

Great looking phones however they have poor voice quality. The answering machine has poor voice quality as well. Purchased the phone & didn't take it out of the box until 3 months later. Store refused to take it back. Stuck with a $76+ pristine phone set with poor sound quality :(

Need landline. Once in while still get important messages on this line.

Phone is hard to program. Can't change time or date

This phone answering machine is the worst!! I just found out that it doesn't leave messages! My Vet call me this week and left messages about my cat. Unfortunately,It did not leave any messages! Neither Quiet,or the correct ring # Selected works!

Most of the time they don't work right, I asked the gentleman that waited on me that I wanted a phone that announced he is Told me that these phones did that and they do not !' I am extremely disappointed! I think I got a lemon! Or something

I had another ATT phone that I loved so I purchased another. I needed 3 phone and this was a package deal of 3 phones. Never had a problem with someone understanding or hearing me until I purchased this phone.

After being on phone for a minute or 2 it starts to get very staticy.... and u can't hear the other people.... I will be returning soon..

this item shows caller ID on the phone but does not announce who the caller is. what is the point of not having a voice announcement. it was past the return policy date so i had to call AT&T to resolve the problem.

We needed a system with 3 phones and an answering machine. Right price, right options. Easy to set up and works great.

the reason I am not happy with this phone is because the last phone call received does not show up on the caller ID. It is very unusual and I plan on returning the phone for another model.

Features on this AT&T phone were not as expected - kept trying to go into voice mail mode which we do not use, voice quality was not good - hard to understand calls.. This item was returned.

When you hold your ear slightly to the phone, buttons on phone are too sensitive and cut off calls.

Our previous phone did not work well with magicjack (not ringing, dial-tone on answer) so we sought for a replacement. The option of having three handsets rather than two was a plus (more is always better). Setup was easy as usual. Wall mounting plate for base station was a plus. A wall mounting option for the other chargers would be better. So far no issues with magicjack. Sound quality is good. Speakerphone sounds great. AC adapters are compact in size. The ringer types are limited and you can't set specific ring tones for contacts. The directory is stored at the base so there is about a 2-3 second delay when opening it from a handset; not a huge deal. The keypad numbers are much bigger than I'm used to; again not a big deal.

The reception was scratchy and hard to listen to. Programming no fun either. I just returned it and bought another brand that works just fine, thank you.

Recent problems include 1) answering system not functioning, 2) phone conversation cut off, 3) could not hear party called, but they could hear us,

Cheaply made, hear clicking in back ground. I have returned them for my Panasonic cordless phones, which I think are the best.

the batteries that came with the phone wouldn't hold a charge-

Out of the box it didn't work. Tried to reset the device, but it didn't work.After spending sever hours trying to get working, I gave up.
