stop workiing in two months totally when we brought the equipment it was working now it doesn't

I returned this item. It did'nt have voice announcement on it, which is a feature I was looking for.

The phone has less features than the older model. Also the screen is hard to see.

2of 4 phones not working. Returning to store today. Very disappointed .

Not compatable with my AT&T headset. No mention of year of production being important for use on website.

Bad voice quality and no headset can be connected to it.

I bought this cordless phone set for my grandma because she loves using her home phone. Her old ones had a lot of static but these are crystal clear for the most part. She really enjoys the address book function because it makes it easier for her to find numbers of people that she calls often. I'd recommend this if you are looking to buy a cordless phone set on a smaller budget.

Easy to set up, clear and luv the diff ringtones that you can choose. The batteries last sooo long and the speakerphone works very well.

I needed to replace another (non-AT&T) system and was prepared to go with the same manufacturer until I saw AT&T's system. Not only was AT&T's cheaper than the other, it also had a better design (i.e., better button layout and display window) and all buttons had labels (e.g., Speaker, Redial, Mute) instead of just symbols. Other reviews indicated that the setup/configuration wasn't easy, and that the ringer volume was too low. I had no problem with either.

This phone drives me crazy. I've been using it for a month now. We had a panasonic with big buttons before. My phone started having issues so I just figured I had to buy a new one instead of replacing the batteries (which are often super expensive). So, I went shopping and picked up this phone. I thought it would be fine... But, it wasn't and here's why. #1 Everytime I hold it on my shoulder and I'm reaching for something, the volume button beeps. Ugh. #2 When I try to go to the directory, it doesn't start at the first name. Always at the second. Ugh. So, I have to go up to get to the first name alphabetically. #3 The caller id is defective. It doesn't show all the calls. When it does decide to retain a number, it doesn't show up until a while after the phone call has come in. No help screening calls that way! #4 The caller id doesn't work with call waiting. It will flash up on the screen while you're talking, but unless you interrupt your conversation to look at it, you'll never know who called... because it doesn't record it in the caller id! Ugh again. I had saved my old phone just in case I ended up having issues, so I went down to the basement and dug it out. I discovered it took rechargeable AAA batteries, which are less expensive. So, I ordered some batteries instead and have switched back to my old phone. I really hope that was the issue with it, because this phone drives me crazy and I really don't want to use it anymore.

This phone system works great I have the phone/answering machine and the separate handsets. All phones are crystal clear and very easy to install.

One of Best Buys competitors had this item in their ad for a better price. However, when I went to go get it, it was NOT in stock! As such, I moved on to better things and went into my local Best Buy. On a whim, I looked for the same exact phone and to my surprise Best Buy had it in stock! What's more, Best Buy even matched the price! A total win win for me. Thanks so much Best Buy! Highly recommend both Best Buy and this phone. Have owned several AT&T home phones and have been very happy with them.

As the title describes, these cordless phones look and sound amazing! Don't listen to the negative reviewers still stuck in the stone age: you can access call logs, change ringers, change volume, set up answering service just fine. These are probably the best cordless phones for the price you can get! Go get them now and stop talking on your cellphone!
